Returns & Exchanges:

JLK wants you to be 100% in love with your new jewelry. If you’re unhappy with your piece for any reason, please email JLKJudy@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

You may return your piece for a refund or exchange it for a piece worth the same value.

Please note:  Due to hygienic purposes, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This policy is only valid for pieces purchased through the website or directly from JLK.

Please note: If you purchased your JLK Designs jewelry from a retailer, please contact them directly to discuss concerns.

Shipping:

To be as environmentally friendly as possible, JLK packaging is minimalistic. All items are shipped via Canada Post (4 - 12 business days).

• Complimentary shipping is offered without tracking or insurance.

• $12 Flat Rare – includes tracking and Insurance.
